Enuf with the snow. Here is a photo sent from a friend who was visiting in other parts of the country, where they don't have to worry about sleet!! They do have other worries, though. I'll take sleet! uff da! lookit that evil eye!!
fascinating, that photo. i am in the process of painting it. noticing how the reflection of the sky & trees in the water is like a piece of broken mirror. now how in the hey do I paint THAT? and then the gator is pretty much an absence of light. brrrrr. and I'm thinking I probably need to change my medium from oils to something more workable in an apartment. (can't clean the brushes in the sink, etc.) oh, wow. can't dump the turpentine & other stinky stuff off my porch. life certainly does get different as I get older. but it's fun and very exciting to think about these things--and do them!! onward!!
