A few items almost every season??
Finally I have my hands on Robert Henri's book, The Art Spirit. On page 82, he asks,
Why do we love the sea? It is because it has some potent power to make us think things we like to think.
Perhaps differently for each of us.
true...but what do YOU like to think?
I actually think that going to the ocean gives me a break from my incessant thinking. I don't have to think, just enjoy!
Agree entirely!!! And t'other thing I like about the ocean are the gulls!!!
I like to think about the sea, and the water and how it keeps moving and is never still and all those magical creatures are living below the surface.
